WINE FLIGHTS
Flights are $15. Choose from a Variety Flight of five wines featuring a range of our unique offerings, or a Flight of Four Sparkling Wines. Guests can also enjoy wine by the glass or purchase bottles to share.

Appointments are required when visiting Monday-Thursday.
Tasting Room Guidelines
Children are welcome to enjoy our outdoor play area. Outside food and pets welcome on our Porch or outside picnic tables. No outside food or drink and no pets are permitted inside. For groups larger than 6 people, please book multiple tables. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies please do not hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email.

The Varnum Tasting Experience
Book your 1 hour wine tasting experience hosted by Cyler or Taralyn Varnum. During your visit, select from a rotating flight of wines, seasonal wine cocktail, or enjoy a glass or bottle to share. (Please note that you are booking a reservation. Any flights, glass pours and other bottle purchases are additional cost.) Flights are $15 each and include a taste of five wines.
Varnum Elevated Tasting Experiences
Sabering
Want to witness or learn how to saber a bottle of bubbles yourself? This is the experience for you. Simply pick your bottle of bubbles and we will show your the proper technique for sabering. Our sparkling wines start at $24 each. The sabering service is complementary.
Private Barrel Tasting
Book your private barrel tasting with the winemaker. This experience usually lasts an hour and a half, includes tasting of a selection of our current releases along side 5-7 barrel samples. $50 per person. You will be charged for 1 person at booking. Each additional guest will be $50 each, charged at check out.
Private Red Wine Blending Experience
Our Red Wine Blending Experience starts with a barrel tasting through a selection our red wine barrels. Guests may then choose three barrels to use to make their blends. After finalizing their blend they can help the winemaker blend and hand bottle their custom blend. This experience takes around 2 hours and includes the tasting and blending. This experience is $75 person, with a 2 person minimum. Guests may purchase bottles of their blend for $40 per bottle if desired. You will be charged for one person as a deposit, additional guests will be $75 each and charged at check out.
Private Champagne Blending Experience (January-March Only)
Blend & Bottle your own Case of Méthode Champenoise | $600 The Champagne Blending Experience starts with an overview of the sparkling winemaking process, followed by barrel tasting through our sparkling base-wine barrels. Guests may then choose up to three barrels to use to make their blend. After finalizing their blend, guests will help the winemaker blend and hand bottle 1 case (12 bottles) of their custom blended méthode champenoise. This $600 experience includes tasting and blending for up to 4 guests and the custom case of méthode champenoise and lasts around 2 hours. This experience requires a nonrefundable $100 deposit and is only available during the specific dates listed below, January-March. Please note that after the méthode champenoise is blended, it will take at least 1-3 years to age in tirage before the wine is ready to be disgorged and drank. You will be contacted to schedule this disgorging as the dates approach.
